Dallas’ iconic Fair Park is a 277-acre work of experiential art located in South Dallas that is unlike any other place in the world. Overland was hired to modernize the facilities, home to the landmark Cotton Bowl Stadium and Fair Park Coliseum, with a series of studies. The studies being conducted are in order to determine the overall scope of upgrades to buildings on site. This includes 7 exhibition halls and 3 venues, totaling more than 450,000 sf. Overland has partnered with an all-local team with national experience in sports and entertainment, performing arts, historic preservation, art, engineering, and costing that hold an equally powerful quality and diversity of thought.
