Sebastian Ortiz Dauber

Sebastian views entrepreneurship as an important outlet for human creativity and as a driving force in society’s progress. Twenty-two years of management experience in various industries and different countries have helped him develop a style of leadership focused on building effective teams and helping organizations realize their potential through each person’s growth and learning.

Understanding that having practical, technical skills is as important as being an active listener, a good communicator, and knowing how to efficiently learn and teach new skills, Sebastian relies as much on his liberal arts education as on his MBA when finding solutions to management challenges. He approaches these challenges as intellectual pursuits with practical outcomes and thrives on the motivation that learning new skills brings.

In his free time, Sebastian loves to spend time outdoors with his wife and three children as well as read, cook, and go for long runs.
