Ramiro is an avid tinkerer/explorer and is well versed in aspects of both architectural design and construction. He was raised in the Rio Grande Valley and earned his Bachelors from UTSA and Masters in Architecture from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. While employed in Albuquerque, he gained valuable experience as a construction foreman on several residential and commercial projects.
Ramiro became licensed while practicing in Austin on residential and hospitality projects throughout the state of Texas. He gained extensive knowledge in restaurant and hotel design as a project architect for a firm in Austin. Working in close proximity with clients allowed him an opportunity to fabricate furniture pieces, light fixtures and grills for their restaurant projects as well. Ramiro also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and has built several little free libraries in the Pflugerville community.
During his time off Ramiro enjoys spending time with his wife and baby Mateo. They enjoy traveling the US in search of spots to camp, hike, eat and nap.
