Brad is passionate about the physicality of design, whether that be in architecture or other creative pursuits. He believes that tactility is able to release the emotive quality of the project, allowing you to fully connect with the design’s intentionality, craft, and meaning.
He earned his degree in architecture from Judson University in Illinois. While in school, he explored kinetic architecture and its impact on the user experience. Brad interned with Overland for a year before earning his Master’s. After school, he returned as a designer because of Overland’s community-driven culture and their purpose-driven design.
In his free time, Brad is a traveler, a cook, and a maker, passions that both he and his wife enjoy together. Anything involving working with his hands sparks his enthusiasm. He enjoys watercoloring, woodworking, glassblowing, and many other creative pursuits. He is also an avid music connoisseur and loves rocking out at concerts when he can.
