Armed with the innate ability to learn quickly and recognize big picture solutions, Amanda joins Overland to capture and share their unique story with potential clients, the AEC industry, and with the world. Her knack for expression, creativity, and critical and analytical thinking started at a young age and bloomed while at THE University of Oklahoma, studying Advertising at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications.
Amanda flourished in her first real-world experience at a rural hospital. Here she learned the importance of empathy and innovation, and its connection to not only healing people, but improving communities. Her move to the architecture industry—and Overland specifically—was natural; she understands the meaning is not in the structure itself, but in the emotional, environmental, and sustaining elements it creates for occupants and the community at-large.
Amanda continues to explore and mature not only professionally, but personally. She finds joy in fitness, traveling to new places, cheering for her favorite football teams, landscaping, and being with family and friends (including the furry ones).
